So...I checked, and before yesterday, the last time I was on here was way back in July. :P So, since it's been awhile, and I'm sure the rest of you haven't kept too updated with each other...how's everyone been?

I've been doing SO much better than when I was here before, I remember I was always posting emo shit here lmao. I was finally able to save some money and I got accepted at a college, so I've been going there and it is simply amazing. I'm sooo happy now.

As Lavos so aptly put it, glad to hear you've been doing well. (Really, we think much too alike, Lavos. It's uncanny.)

Life's been busy. Schoolwork for one, revitalizing the school paper for another, apprenticeship with a local chorus (we're doing Carmina Burana) for a third, and reading, writing, gaming, and contributing in some way here whenever I can in between.

Quite exciting stuff. Might be driving me slowly insane, but things could be much worse. I can't complain.

That's because I'm actually you, from the future.

From your current frame of reference? 35 years, give or take a couple months.

"But, future me, I thought you were like 19?"

Good question. In about a year you'll discover that running really fast can slow down your perception of time. You can stay young forever!

Now my future self is talking for my present self.

I'm slightly disgruntled and slightly excited by this.

You guys freak me out.

Glad to know you're doing better D. :)

I'm currently unemployed, I finished my contract at Microsoft as a game tester and have been traveling ever since. I spent ~3 weeks in Wisconsin, ~A month in Florida and so far 5 days up in New York City :D. I'm planning on staying up here in NYC until around the end of the month, then heading back home to the Seattle area, start a new contract at Microsoft and hopefully save up a heap of cash to do a more epic vacation next year.

Hmm. Seems like you've got a good thing going with Microsoft. Any particular reason you can't seem to be able to get a contract longer than a year...?
