As most of you know, Feb. 19th will be TNZ's 5th birthday. This is quite an accomplishment; few active forums can boast that they are 5 years old. Another important upcoming event is the release of Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver versions, remakes of Gold/Silver that will take you back to the land of Johto. These games are shaping up to be the best Pokemon games ever, from the screenshots, info, and demos out there. So in celebration of these two events, TNZ is going to open up its first ever Battle Frontier! The concept of our Battle Frontier will be similar to the Frontiers in the Pokemon games. People will battle each other and partake in events both Pokemon and non-Pokemon, and thus earn points. These points can be spent on various prizes in the Prize Corner. The foremost prize will be a copy of either Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver! However, only one copy will be available, so you must be the first one to gain enough points to get it! The Frontier officially opens on Feb. 14. However, sign-ups for the Pokemon tournament begin now. Check the thread in the Pokemon Arena. |
