I've never heard of that but if microsoft was being smart, they would lower the price on the ps3. As for new games on any system, I don't think they will ever go under around $50.

well i looked online and everything i found was just a maybe situation caused by the US inflation economy XD

mainly said 360 may have moved down as far as possible, nintendo may drop the wii to $200, and basically the PS3 sucks :P

also the brand games on like the PS3 and 360 may start to come out at $50 instead of the usual $60 and stuff like that, although i think what i read was just an opinion all except for the console of which some guy is actually discussing this stuff with all 3 companies to help them (ninty doesn't like him XD)

It'd be a smart business move for both M$ and Sony, as I'd actually buy them. But that would suck for Ninty if the Wii got lowered, because I believe they are losing money on it with it being $250.

that may be true... but what system is good without it's games? So really it's a good thing that the price is so low because everyone has a Wii so that means more trying games and the more likely people are to get hooked, so it's not all bad for nintendo my friend ;)

its true, and they still sell like hot cakes.

I was at an EB a while back and someone was saying that nintendo doesn't send out too many systems to the stores so that they can keep the price up. I was like uh no they send the same amount as sony or M$ does, it's just that the Wiis acctually sell.

They are probably going to all lower their console prices at the same time.
