I'm doing pretty well, mate; I'm on the third night stage in Chun-nan. This is the Wii version, by the way. Day stages own, and night stages are ok too, but there's just way too many of 'em. ;_; |

They're in no way bad, I mean...but the day levels really are better, and there really are way too many night stages (well, so far...now I'm getting a huge string of day stages in Spagonia, which is really cool). |

I'm not quite that far yet...I just beat the third boss, restored the third Chaos Emerald, etc. Damn, if I had learned how to damage that thing 15 secs earlier, I would've S-ranked it first try. ![]() But yeah...it really isn't that hard a game. There are a lot of faults in the game though. Like...with the Wiimote and Nunchuk, homing attacks and those speed burst thingies are both mapped to shaking the Wiimote. So...I've speed boosted my way into the water many times when I just wanted to attack an enemy. Not cool. I'm sure that doesn't exist with other controllers though. And it's still an awesome game. |

Bump because I beat the game last night. Really was a great game. Dark Gaia really was a disappointment though. He looked so damn satanic when he first was completed, but then he just turned out to be any other fiendish beast. Overall though, great game. Recommended. |

Well...he's more "back" then he ever has been since the franchise went 3D. I'd say the only 3D Sonic game that rivals it is the original Adventure. All the others, especially the more recent ones, pale in comparison. That doesn't mean it's perfect. The daytime levels have a good bit of glitches in them, or even just downright awkward controls. The nighttime levels need to be combined with the daytime ones; that is, have daytime levels with some basic platforming in them, instead of just racing. It's still a damn awesome game though. |
