Which popular Nintendo Wi-Fi racing game do you think is better? I like MKDS more. It's just that I've been playing Mario Kart games for years whereas I only just started playing DKR about a year ago. I love Mario Kart, especially DD. |

I can already see the ending!

Well. I like DKR for the most part, but I tend to take the side of MKDS in terms of WiFi. DKR is great, but I just tend to like kart racing more than planes, cars, and hover crafts. I like DKR because of it's inability to snake, causing fairness. MKDS enables snaking, causing an unfair advantage to those unable to snake because of lack of experience. I can snake. I try not to, but it's hard not to when you're behind and know you can catch up. |

I like them both about equal, but I chose DKR because I love flying in a plane in that game.

Mario Kart DS definitely. DKRDS just doesn't do it for me like the original did. I still have the cart, so I saw no need to buy DKRDS just because of a level maker and Wizpig playable. |

DKRDS by far. And if you haven't played it, how do you know it's no good? Online play, man. DKRDS outdoes MKDS at that by a long shot. Every level playable, battles, cups, and yes, the awsome wish race mode. |

They're both quite different. But these are the reasons I prefer one over the other: MKDS: More balanced characters, unlockables aren't terribly broken Better decal maker, decals show on WiFi Fewer 'elites' on WiFi (playing them is quite annoying XD) More tracks More difficult to complete Banshee Boardwalk. XD No annoying touchscreen gimmicks DKRDS: Tracks are more well designed Choice of vehicles Ability to paint and upgrade your car Ability to customize the game beyond your decal, you can edit the billboards and record your own sounds Finds WiFi opponents more quickly than MKDS Bosses are more fun Wish Race track editor (hey, a sucky track editor beats having none at all) WiFi has all tracks available, as well as Battle, Token Tussle, and Wish Race Wizpig playable Single-card multiplayer has all tracks and game modes Better music So, you probably figured out my preference by now. DKRDS has its shortcomings, but it does more than make up for them with the online play. |

Also, it seems to me that despite the lack of a D-Pad, the GBA version of DKRDS's vehicles (Particularly the car) have better handling due to little awsome things you can do with combinations of A B and R. Taj is my favorite racer, followed by Wizpig because I like to see him having to squeeze into a car. |

DKR's actually starting to grow on me now. Still, I think MKDS is better. |

DKR. Mario Kart's Wifi system was terrible, with all those snakers. Good thing Rare was smart enough to not put snaking in DKR. |

Correction: Good thing Rare made a gane where there's no snaking. |
